If this is your first time working with me and with my modalities, you might feel a bit apprehensive. Stepping into the process of exploring something hidden, painful, or distressing with others may make you feel nervous and vulnerable. This is normal. I ensure that it is an act of courage, hope, and self-care. Nursing and Eastern medicine are my backbone, and my work is grief tending. I will deliver you a space where you can process your diverse grief experiences safely.
