Drawing from advanced training in contemporary medical acupuncture, neuromuscular and myofascial techniques, cupping, IASTM, and therapeutic ultrasound, treatment is tailored to your individual needs, integrating a variety of evidence-informed techniques when clinically appropriate. Conditions: TMJ, Scar Tissue, Acute Injuries, Chronic Conditions (frozen shoulder, tendinopathies, arthritis, RA, scoliosis, spine injuries), Pain Management Sabrina graduated with honours in Massage Therapy and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She has also completed the Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program at McMaster University and serves as a Board Member with the Canadian Contemporary Acupuncture Association, helping to organize educational events that support contemporary medical acupuncture providers across Canada. Before becoming an RMT, Sabrina worked as a fitness trainer, dance instructor, and group fitness leader. She took additional training to provide condition-specific exercise including programming for people with Parkinson's disease. This diverse background continues to shape her functional and movement-based approach to care. Her personal experiences with injury and trauma deepened her understanding of the mind-body connection and its role in chronic pain, recovery, and overall well-being. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in therapy, where she could combine her passion for movement, health, and helping others. She believes that education is an important part of the healing process and works closely with patients to develop individualized strategies that may include movement, exercise, stretching, and stress management techniques to support long-term health and resilience. Sabrina also offers therapeutic-focused Mat and reformer Pilates in the clinic. In addition to her therapeutic work, Sabrina is passionate about education and mentorship. She serves as an Educator of Massage Therapy at Trillium College and actively supports continuing education initiatives within the contemporary medical acupuncture community. Committed to lifelong learning, Sabrina regularly attends evidence-based seminars and pursues ongoing professional development to ensure her patients receive informed, up-to-date care. Beyond her professional life, Sabrina cherishes time spent with her family and her special needs dog, Benny. Passionate about health and wellness both personally and professionally, she enjoys Pilates, weightlifting, and Muay Thai, as well as incorporating sauna and cold plunge therapy into her own self-care routine. She values a balanced life grounded in faith, family, community, and meaningful connection.
