Ritu graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree in 2016. Her clinical expertise lies in manual therapy, exercise prescription, and comprehensive orthotics assessments. She has specialized in providing tailored solutions, including compression stockings fittings, cupping & taping techniques. She uses a client-centered approach which helps her clients to reduce pain, and improve function in daily routine. Her goal is to optimize individuals' health & well-being by helping clients understand and be an active part of their self-managment.
