Richelle has always had a passion for health and wellness. As a registered massage therapist, Richelle believes that each person is unique and enjoys helping her clients discover root causes for their discomfort and assisting in finding a solution through a variety of techniques and home care exercises. Richelle encourages her clients to be active in participating in their rehabilitation. Techniques she commonly uses include Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and joint mobilization.
Massage Therapy is a passion for Richelle as it allows her to administer her skills and techniques for the well-being of others. She is looking forward to working with patients and helping them achieve their health care goals through use of assessment, and customized treatment plans.
