Ria is a compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellor dedicated to helping individuals feel heard, supported, and understood through life’s challenges. She provides a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for them.
With a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, Ria supports individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. She believes that meaningful healing begins with connection, trust, and feeling genuinely supported throughout the counselling journey.
Ria’s goal is to help clients build self-awareness, develop healthy coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional well-being, confidence, and resilience.
