About Renee
Whether your concern is situational or longstanding I am committed to helping you progress on
your individual treatment journey. Using a strength based approach we will work together to
help you make the positive changes that you wish to see in your life. It is important to me that
you feel heard, supported, optimistic and empowered throughout your counseling experience.
I have extensive experience with children and youth mental health, parenting issues, anxiety,
depression, stress management and family conflict. I hold multiple certifications and
qualifications in various evidence based therapies and tailor my intervention to meet the
unique needs of each individual. I am eager to partner with you in an effort to help you obtain
some new skills that will improve your life.
