Regina has a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. After graduating from Alberta College of Massage Therapy, she relocated to Vancouver Island and began practicing in 2025. She enjoys treating shoulder pain, neck tension, headaches, postural discomfort, and a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. Regina is fascinated by the connection between the nervous system and physical health. She understands that stress, anxiety, and the demands of everyday life can have a significant impact on pain, muscle tension, and recovery.
Regina creates a calm, supportive environment to help clients feel safe, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Her treatments combine Swedish and deep tissue massage with a thoughtful, individualized approach tailored to each person's unique needs and goals - whether that's recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, improving mobility, or simply taking time to relax and recharge.
Outside the clinic, Regina loves spending time by the ocean, staying active at the gym, and travelling. She believes that caring for her own physical and mental well-being allows her to show up fully for her clients, bringing energy, empathy, and genuine care to every treatment.
Using various techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue release and rehabilitation exercises, we will tailor each session to meet whatever your needs may be.
