Welcome—you are invited to bring all of who you are into this space, whether you are carrying pain, joy, or the weight of life’s challenges. Our work together begins with building trust, compassion, and safety, creating a supportive space where we can collaborate toward the goals that matter most to you. My hope is to walk alongside you in your journey of self-discovery, helping you uncover tools for true self-acceptance and a deeper understanding of yourself.
I am here to listen to your stories, reflect with you on the emotions and meanings that arise, and explore the truths within your experiences. I believe that the answers often already live inside you, and that healing comes from reconnecting with your own inner wisdom. My approach is holistic, seeing you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms.
I work through a relational anti-oppressive and intersectional lens, centring your unique experiences with culturally responsive and anti-oppressive frameworks. I draw on techniques from Mindfulness, Parts Work, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring each approach to fit your needs and goals. I am also certified in Gottman Couples Therapy Levels 1 & 2, so I can support couples in strengthening their relationships and navigating challenges together.
My journey in counselling is guided by a commitment to continuous learning and growth. I hold a Master of Education in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Social Work from Toronto Metropolitan University. I’ve completed certifications in sex therapy and conflict resolution, and I have experience in grief support. I stay engaged with ongoing professional development and current research to offer my clients the most thoughtful and effective support possible.
I look forward to creating a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore your path toward healing, growth, and self-acceptance.
