About Rebecca
Rebecca works with adults, couples, and families experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflict, or spiritual concerns. She has experience working with survivors of sexual assault and childhood sexual assault, as well as survivors of human trafficking. Rebecca’s style is direct, collaborative, and relational.
Common types of therapy Rebecca integrates into her work include: parts work informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Family Systems, Narrative Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy (SFT). Rebecca uses an attachment and trauma-informed lens with her clients. When desired by clients, Rebecca incorporates spirituality and faith into her work.
Rebecca is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Divinity in Clinical Counselling with a Thanatology concentration (the study of death, dying, and grief).
