About Rebecca

Rebecca Brennan is a Certified Foot, Hand, and Ear Reflexology Therapist, registered with the Reflexology Association of Canada. Having received her certification from International Academy of Applied Health in Ottawa, Rebecca was inspired to become a Reflexologist after experiencing the therapeutic benefits of this natural modality during her own healing journey from chronic illness. She is passionate about providing Reflexology Therapy to help others find balance, wellness, and healing through a holistic approach to health and well-being. In addition to Reflexology, Rebecca is a Certified Herbalist, Iridologist and Reiki Master, she has studied and taken courses in Nutrition, Personal Fitness Training and is CPR and IPAC certified. When she is not providing therapeutic treatments or expanding her knowledge, Rebecca enjoys photography, nature walks, traveling, spending time with her family and friends, kayaking, and paddleboarding.
