About Rebecca
Becca is excited to be a part of the Chaparral Physiotherapy & Massage team. She graduated with honours with distinction from ACMT in Calgary, completing the 2200 hours Massage Program in 2023. Becca is also certified in cupping, IASTM & K-Taping ®️Pro. She is currently a student in the Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine program at ACATCM in Calgary!
From an early age, Becca knew she wanted to help people. She discovered Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in 2016, becoming very passionate about the sport and teaching for nearly 6 years. While improving her skillset, she quickly discovered how important it is to take care of the body.
During her time teaching & training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, she found massage therapy to be the most beneficial for her injury recovery & prevention. This is how she wanted to give back to her martial arts community while encouraging everyone around her to pursue a healthy & active lifestyle.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, playing sports, jiu jitsu, lifting weights, hiking, paddle boarding, reading and painting.
