I have been offering manual therapy as a Registered massage therapist for the past 10 years. I am continuously inspired by the intricate interconnectedness and vast intelligence of the body. I offer a client centred holistic approach to bodywork to address movement patterns, previous injuries, nervous system dysregulation, and motor control, improving movement quality, improving the function of the various systems of the body, improving the flow of blood and lymph and reducing stress. ###Techniques and Offerings Each session is uniquely tailored to each individual. With the use of techniques and methods I have practised and developed over the past 8 years some of which include: - Myofascial release - Facilitated stretching - Relaxing rhythmic techniques - Trigger point release - Sports massage - Breathwork and visualization Services available for individuals, groups, events and retreats. Availability is flexible, booking in advance is recommended.
