Rain is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of Loyalist College, where she earned her Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy. She is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-informed care and taking the time to understand the factors that contribute to pain, movement limitations, and overall well-being. Rain takes an open and adaptable approach to treatment, recognizing that every client has unique needs, experiences, and goals. She has a particular interest in chronic pain, fascial mobility, sports massage, post-operative care, and the relationship between the nervous system and musculoskeletal system. Her approach incorporates a variety of techniques, including therapeutic, neuromuscular, fascial, sports, and post-operative massage. Each treatment is tailored to the individual, with assessment, palpation, and communication helping to guide the session and address each client’s concerns. Rain believes that massage therapy is an investment in your health and well-being. Whether you are looking to manage pain, improve mobility, support recovery, or simply make time to care for your body, she aims to create a comfortable and collaborative environment where you can work toward your goals. Having grown up playing sports, Rain developed an early appreciation for the importance of caring for the body and maintaining mobility. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and pets.
