With a background in Kinesiology and extensive experience as a Kinesiologist, Rachelle is a skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who brings an athletic and science-driven approach to patient care. Drawing from a passion for sports and movement, Rachelle transitioned into massage therapy after playing high-level volleyball at the university level, where they first encountered the impact of physiotherapy and massage in maintaining athletic performance and recovery (through injuries of her own).
In practice, Rachelle uses a therapeutic blend of deep pressure techniques and a strong focus on fascial health, helping patients recover from injury, manage pain, and improve mobility. Rachelle holds certifications in Fascial Stretch Therapy, Kinesiotaping, and Functional Movement Screening, bringing a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to every session.
When not in the treatment room, Rachelle is passionate about staying active through team sports and enjoys indulging in their favourite comfort foods - pizza and fries. Whether it's guiding an athlete back to peak form or helping someone feel more comfortable in their everyday movements, Rachelle is dedicated to enhancing both physical health and quality of life.
