About Rachel
Rachel is a Registered Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel better, move well, and better understand their bodies.
She completed her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences with a specialization in Rehabilitation at Western University and is also a certified Personal Trainer. Combined with her background in fitness, her education has given her a strong understanding of both sides of care: the hands-on role of massage therapy and the importance of movement in recovery, function, and long-term health.
Rachel takes a holistic approach to treatment, with a focus on understanding the underlying factors that may be contributing to a client's symptoms. She enjoys working collaboratively with her clients, combining manual therapy and movement to support their individual wellness goals and help them move and thrive through everyday life. She believes that understanding your body is an important part of taking care of it and strives to give her clients the knowledge and tools to feel more connected to their health.
Rachel enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions, with particular interests in sports injuries, TMJ dysfunction, headaches, and musculoskeletal pain. Whether a client is recovering from an injury, managing persistent discomfort, or simply looking to move and feel their best, her goal is to help them return to the activities they love with greater confidence and comfort.
Outside of the clinic, Rachel enjoys staying active through resistance training and Pilates, spending time outdoors, making music, and trying new things.
