About Rachel
Born in Campbell River and raised in Powell River B.C., Rachel has always called the West Coast
“home”. Growing up on the West Coast, Rachel developed a deep love and appreciation for all
of the beauty that the outdoors offers. Having played competitive soccer, Rachel is an athlete at
heart, which led to her taking the Registered Massage Therapy program at Camosun College.
During her program, Rachel developed a deep interest for human anatomy and enjoys
educating her patients on the anatomy of the human body. She has a special interest in injury
rehabilitation and prevention, while prioritizing patient education. Utilizing various treatment
techniques such as deep tissue, trigger point release, PNF, and active treatment, Rachel’s goal is
to have her patients getting back to the activities they love.

Using various techniques such as joint mobilization, soft tissue release and rehabilitation exercises, we will tailor each session to meet whatever your needs may be.
