Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here. My name is Pawandeep Kaur, and I’m a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the British Columbia Association of Clinical Counsellors. I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University and I provide counselling services in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. I work with children, youth, adults, couples, and families, offering support through life’s most challenging moments. Whether you're feeling trapped by past experiences, struggling with anxiety or depression, or navigating relationship or self-esteem issues, I’m here to help you move toward healing and growth.
