About Paula
Paula is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Sir Sanford Fleming College and is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 2023.
Originally from the Ottawa Valley, Paula moved to the Quinte West area to pursue her post-secondary education and settled in the area. Paula has always lived an active lifestyle. Growing up as a competitive athlete and having experienced the benefits of massage therapy herself, Paula provides her clients with care and knowledge to improve and maintain their overall health and wellness. She continues to update her skills and scope of practice through continuing education courses, reading, and seminars. In her free time, Paula enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
