Paul is a Registered Massage Therapist who has over 6 years experience as a national and provincial level athlete and coach in Taewondo. Paul has always been interested in the balance of performance, recovery and injury prevention. He strives for effective treatments while providing patients with the knowledge they need to continue preventative maintenance and rehabilitation work beyond the clinic. Away from the clinic, Paul enjoys setting PRs on Strava in road and trail running, road cycling and playing basketball all locally in the Mission community.
