Paul Cramer is a Registered Massage Therapist, Functional Movement Therapist and Educator who brings over 20 years of training and experience working with clients of all ages. He is passionate about the relationship between health, fitness, and wellness and empowering clients. He has developed and utilizes a modality called Functional Movement Massage(FMM) in his practice. This is a holistic approach that fuses massage therapy with improving functional movement, alignment, and posture awareness to treat and resolve both acute injuries as well as complex and chronic conditions. The focus is to address any obstacles that are preventing the body from moving freely and easily without pain. Paul specializes in mobility and joint health issues with a particular interest in shoulder conditions that stems from his direct experience recovering from a torn rotator cuff and surgery. His goal is for clients to come away with a positive and lasting experience of their own movement ability. His favorite saying for clients is: When we move well ~ we feel well! Through Functional Movement Massage, he's had the privilege of helping countless individuals regain their vitality, find relief from chronic pain, and rediscover the joy of fluid, pain-free movement.
