I am a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Theological Studies from McMaster Divinity College with a focus on Spiritual Care and Counselling. I have a passion for helping individuals navigate through life’s challenges, particularly in the areas of grief, anxiety, depression, and self discovery. My approach is rooted in narrative and cognitive, and acceptance and commitment therapies, where I work collaboratively with clients to reframe their stories and find meaning in their experiences. With a deep understanding of the complexities of emotional pain and mental health—such as the impact of traumatic loss, overwhelming stress, unresolved past conflicts, or life transitions—I strive to create a safe and supportive environment for healing and growth.
