Pardeep obtained his Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia in 2017. In his practice, he
uses a variety of approaches including, but not limited to, manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, exercise
prescription, and IMS (dry needling). He has also completed additional education in the McKenzie Method of
Diagnosis & Therapy-Lumbar Spine and received his level 1 certification with the Canadian Physiotherapy
Association Orthopaedic Division.
In his spare time, Pardeep enjoys playing a variety of sports including basketball and tennis, as well as skiing
and hiking. A lifelong athlete with a keen interest in rehabilitation, he is committed to supporting his patients
goals through individualized care. Pardeep is able to provide services in English and Punjabi at a conversational
level.
