About Paola
Paola is a registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Centennial College. She is also a member of the College of Massage Therapist of Ontario.
Paola was inspired to be a Registered Massage Therapist from her own experience of recovering from a series of injuries while playing academy-level soccer.
Paola believes that healing happens when the body and mind are both cared for. She combines Swedish massage, deep tissue, fascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques to help clients reduce stress, release tension, and move more freely. Her sessions are designed to leave you feeling balanced and refreshed.
Outside the clinic, you'll often find her exploring new recipes since she loves to cook, traveling and spending time with family.
