Please note: Pam is not accepting ICBC, WCB, and MSP clients. Pam Cheema has been a RMT since 2001. Pam joined the Willingdon Heights Massage Therapy team in early 2020 and she is accepting new clients. Pam has worked at various clinics in Vancouver, Burnaby and Maple Ridge for 20 years and 5 years in Edmonton, Alberta. Also, Pam has taught at a couple of massage therapy colleges. Currently, she is teaching part time at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver downtown. She has treated various conditions such as soft tissues injuries, tendonitis, ligament sprains, muscle strains, lower back tension, sciatica, headaches, and postural imbalances. Pam also has experience in providing massage therapy to pregnant women. Pam provides Therapeutic Massage Therapy, Myofascial release, Pre-natal and Post-natal massage therapy, and Craniosacral Therapy. She believes being aware of your own health is a key factor to a functional lifestyle. Pam wants to assist in achieving your optimal well-being goals through assessment, massage therapy, and self-care or preventative care exercises.
