With a passion for enhancing movement and well-being, Olalekan is a dedicated Certified Exercise Physiologist and Physiotherapist committed to helping individuals achieve their optimal health. He holds a degree in Physiotherapist from the University of Lagos, Nigeria, and further advanced his expertise with a Postgraduate degree in Exercise Science from Niagara College, Canada.
Over the course of Olalekan's career, he has gained invaluable experience in both Nigeria and Canada, having spent over two years working as a Physiotherapist in Nigeria and over a year as a Certified Exercise Therapist in Canada. This diverse background has given him a well-rounded perspective on the complexities of physical rehabilitation and exercise prescription.
Olalekan's approach centres around a patient-first philosophy. He deeply believes that patients are the experts of their own bodies and that collaboration is key to a successful outcome. By listening to the patients concerns and incorporating their feedback, Olalekan creates personalized rehabilitation and exercise plans designed to meet their unique needs, promote healing, and foster long-term wellness.
