About Ola
Ola graduated with Honours from Oxford College’s Registered Massage Therapy program. Ola believes in the importance of a holistic approach to healthcare for physical well-being and mental health. One of her passions during her education was learning about how Massage Therapy can be used not just for generalized relaxation but for relief of many pathologies. Ola strongly believes that massage therapy sessions are not a “one size fits all”; she believes in tailoring each treatment to each patient’s specific needs and goals. She strongly believes in educating patients on remedial exercises, recommending hydrotherapy solutions or demonstrating self-care techniques for use at home. Ola specializes in deep tissue, trigger point release, and TMJ pain relief (intra-oral included).
