With a longstanding interest in longevity and human performance, Nolan integrates hands-on therapy with modern therapeutic modalities, including medical acupuncture, photobiomodulation (red & near-infrared light therapy), and recovery-focused technologies. His experience working with clients of all ages—including athletes and individuals managing chronic pain, musculoskeletal conditions, and neurological injuries—has shaped his comprehensive approach to treatment and recovery. Nolan completed his Massage Therapy & Health Sciences Diploma at Sutherland-Chan and his Natural Therapeutic Specialist certification in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2018, he further advanced his clinical training by completing Neurofunctional Medical Acupuncture training through McMaster University’s Department of Anesthesia. Nolan’s approach combines established manual therapy with evolving evidence-based technologies to help clients reduce pain, improve function, support recovery, and move better. His priority as a healthcare provider is to deliver individualized, results-focused care while continually advancing his knowledge of musculoskeletal health, recovery, and longevity.
