Nikki , graduated with a Masters degree in Physiotherapy from UBC, after completing a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University. She has worked as a physio at St. Paul’s Hospital and has been at Hollyburn Physiotherapy since 2011. Her interests lie both in orthopaedics and sports injury rehab, and rediscovering the body’s natural movement.
As part of her post-graduate continuing education in Orthopaedics, Nikki has completed her Level 3 Manual Therapy exams.
Nikki uses a manual therapy and exercise-based approach to treatment. She believes in giving clients the tools to manage their injury at home and minimize the chance of re-injury as they return to activities and daily life.
She has additional training in functional movement assessment, hand therapy, osteoporosis management, vestibular rehabilitation, and
Rost Therapy for pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain.
Living on the North Shore, she loves being outdoors with her three kids and two dogs. Nikki enjoys tennis, yoga, Bar Method and skiing in her free time.
