Nicole is a physiotherapist who believes that rehab should be both effective and enjoyable. With over a decade of experience, she has worked with clients of all ages—ranging from children to older adults—treating a wide spectrum of conditions including musculoskeletal injuries, neurological and developmental concerns, cardiovascular issues, and chronic pain. Her true passion lies in helping people move better, regain confidence, and return to the activities that matter most.
