About Nicole
Nicole is a dedicated kinesiologist with a passion for helping individuals achieve optimal health and well-being through movement. Holding a Bachelor of Health Science in Kinesiology from Ontario Tech University and a Fitness & Health Promotion Diploma from St. Lawrence College, Nicole brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement and performance to her practice.
Registered with the College of Kinesiologists since 2016, Nicole is a proud member of the Ontario Kinesiologist Association and the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. Her continued education in exercise rehabilitation, cupping, and soft tissue release enables her to provide clients with a holistic approach to health.
