Nathalie is a Registered Massage Therapist with a comprehensive and client-centred approach to treatment. She is experienced in a wide range of therapeutic techniques, including General Swedish Massage, Myofascial Release, Active and Passive Joint Mobilization, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Techniques, Hot Stone Massage, and Cold Stone Facial Massage. She has also completed additional certifications in Cupping Therapy and Gua Sha.
Nathalie believes that effective massage therapy begins with understanding each client’s individual needs. She carefully tailors her treatments to address areas of muscular tension, discomfort, restricted mobility, and stress while supporting improved movement, function, and overall well-being.
Drawing from her diverse therapeutic skill set, Nathalie is able to incorporate different techniques throughout a treatment based on each client’s goals and preferences. Her approach can range from focused therapeutic work to restorative massage, providing thoughtful and individualized care in a professional and comfortable environment.
Nathalie also has a strong personal interest in health, fitness, and active living. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, working out, and participating in sports including volleyball, softball, and rugby. Her appreciation for movement and physical activity complements her professional interest in helping clients maintain mobility, recover from physical demands, and feel their best in everyday life.
