Practice style (Philosophy)
By completing a detailed and thorough assessment to identify the root cause of the client’s symptoms, Natasha is able to create a customized treatment plan for each client based on their individual needs and goals. Depending on the condition and stage of healing, treatments may include manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and taping. A focus of treatment will always involve client education to ensure clients understand their condition and treatment plan, feel confident with their home program, and feel empowered to collaboratively work towards achieving their goals.
Natasha has dedicated herself to continually expanding her skill set and knowledge base through continuing education to ensure she is able to help her clients achieve their maximum potential. Most recently she received her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy through the Canadian Physiotherapy Association – Orthopaedic Division and currently holds an FCAMPT designation.
Unique Facts
Outside of the clinic, Natasha maintains an active lifestyle. She stays busy keeping up with her 3 kids. She enjoys biking, exercising, hiking, and going for family walks with their dog.
