Natalija joins the team with a completed diploma in Massage Therapy from ICT Kikkawa College, specializing in sports massage and myofascial therapy. She has an extensive background in the health and wellness industry, specifically in kinesiology, strength and conditioning, pre/post-natal treatment and fascial stretch therapy. As a former competitive dancer, Natalija has a personal understanding in the power of treatment and movement, and addresses the body systemically and holistically through various soft tissue techniques and active care. Natalija is driven to helping her clients reach their goals by skillfully identifying and treating their needs, and bringing an awareness to their position and movement, in turn helping them improve their overall quality of life.
