“Owning our story can be hard, but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.” – Brené Brown
I’m a BIPOC therapist (Vietnamese heritage) with nearly 15 years of experience supporting adults through mental health difficulties. My areas of specialty are trauma, men’s mental health, emotion dysregulation, and burnout. My work is rooted in empathy, cultural awareness, and evidence-based approaches like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, IFS-informed parts work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure.
I believe you are not broken — you’ve been doing your best with the tools you’ve had. Together, we’ll create space to understand your experiences, process what’s been held inside, and reconnect you to your strengths.
