About Natalia

Hi! I’m Natalia Blustein, an occupational therapist passionate about helping kids—from birth to 18—build confidence and thrive in daily life. I earned my Master’s in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta in 2022, and since then, I’ve been supporting children and their families through meaningful, play-based therapy and a parent coaching model. I have experience in a range of areas including sensory processing, motor skills, feeding, dressing, toileting, interoception, energy conservation, and other key developmental skills that support a child’s ability to engage in the things they need and want to do. I work closely with families, using a coaching model to help them integrate strategies into everyday routines, empowering them to continue supporting their child’s growth outside of sessions. Outside of work, I recharge by being outdoors—hiking, gardening, camping, working out, or walking my fluffy Bernedoodle, Opal. I’m also a creative at heart, often found exploring coffee shops, painting with watercolours, playing piano, or diving into a new DIY project. Thanks for stopping by!
