About Naman

Whether you're recovering from an injury, dealing with persistent pain, or looking to get back to the activities you enjoy, Naman is here to help. Inspired by his passion for sports and movement, Naman pursued a career in physiotherapy to help others overcome physical challenges and regain confidence in their bodies. He holds a Master of Physiotherapy and brings over four years of international experience, along with Canadian experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries, sports-related conditions, and post-surgical recovery. Naman believes every patient deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique goals. By combining hands-on manual therapy, dry needling, education, and personalized exercise programs, he helps patients not only recover from injury but also build strength, improve mobility, and prevent future setbacks. Whether your goal is returning to sport, recovering after surgery, managing everyday aches and pains, or simply moving with greater confidence, Naman will work alongside you to develop a plan that supports your recovery every step of the way. His goal is simple: to help you move better, feel better, and get back to doing what you love. Outside the clinic, Naman enjoys travelling, playing sports, and trying new foods - something he admits is hard to resist. Naman is fluent in English and Hindi and welcomes patients from all backgrounds.
