Naima has been practicing for over decade since obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Otago. Since then, she has been fortunate to practice in New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.
Naima’s treatment methods typically involve manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization and soft tissue release, as well as modalities like a shockwave, ultrasound, Dry needling and neuromuscular stimulation for pain management. She also prescribes exercise and pain management techniques for clients to carry out independently.
Naima strongly believes that effective communication between the client and the physiotherapist is crucial for a successful rehabilitation journey. Both parties must complete their assigned tasks.
Outside the clinic, Naima enjoys running, travelling, exploring the outdoors with her family, and staying active.
