Melody is a Registered Acupuncturist with a Bachelor of Science, who has been practicing in the western communities since 2003. She uses a variety of modalities in her practice such as: Acupuncture, Acupressure, Acutonics, Cupping Massage, Diet and Lifestyle Consultation and Heat Therapy.
Acupuncture is a 5000-year-old Traditional Chinese Medicine art of natural healing which aims to rebalance the body's energy flow, and allow the body's natural self-healing powers to work properly. It helps to harmonize the patient's body, mind, and spirit.
Acupuncture not only treats symptoms, but identifies the underlying causes, hence preventing the progression of symptoms towards disease.
Each patient is diagnosed independently, and after symptoms are assessed, is treated uniquely based on the underlying problem.
