About Nadia

Nadia was born and raise in Quebec and moved to Red Deer in 2008. She has been practicing massage therapy since 2010. Although her boys have made her take a long pause, she has been back in the work force since 2019 and couldn't be happier! Being an athlete herself, she knows the importance of recovery and pain relief. She is all about making sure her clients are feeling their best and loves to hear about their progress. Nadia loves to include deep tissue massage techniques and myofascial cupping into her treatments. She is also trained in pre-natal, relaxation, and sport massage. You can also find her at your nearest Crossfit gym or in the kitchen baking something sweet. Because for her, life is all about balance.
