Hi, I'm Mycha (she/her). Welcome! I’m here to create a welcoming and safe environment for you, free of judgment, where you can feel comfortable sharing your needs and goals. I work with clients on a variety of concerns, including ADHD, self-identity, enhancing interpersonal relationships, anxiety, and other mental health issues. My approach is client-centered, meaning you are the expert in your own life. Together, we’ll collaborate to find what works best for you. I incorporate a blend of therapeutic approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy, all aimed at supporting your unique journey. I believe that a strong, collaborative relationship is key to positive outcomes in therapy, and I am deeply committed to cultural humility, ensuring your values and beliefs are always respected and woven into our work together.
