About Morgan

Hi there, I'm Morgan Kennedy! I graduated from the Massage Therapy program at TriOS College in London, Ontario and I am a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario (CMTO). While I may be newer to the massage therapy field, my passion for helping others have been a lifelong calling. I began my journey as a Physiotherapy Assistant, where I quickly realized that I wanted to play a more active role in supporting people's wellness. This inspired me to pursue massage therapy as a career to make a deeper impact on the health and well-being of others. I utilize a mix of relaxation and therapeutic techniques, including trigger point therapy, myofascial release, passive stretching and will occasionally recommended stretches to help at home. I have experience treating a variety of different areas and I take an interest in treating tension headaches, neck pain, shoulder and arm pain, along with low back pain. I am dedicated to continually expanding my knowledge and refining my skills to better support my clients in achieving pain relief while keeping you in a state of relaxation. I tailer each session to meet your individual needs and ensure a personalized approach to promote your overall well-being. Outside of being an RMT, I love spending time with friends and family. In the warmer months you can find me out on my paddle board, camping and with my pup and husband exploring new areas. I look forward to meeting you!
