Morgan is a licensed Canadian Certified Counsellor and ICEEFT certified Emotionally Focused Therapist for couples (EFCT) and individuals (EFIT). She specializes in treating individuals living with Anxiety and Depression. She also specializes in working with couples committed to rebuilding their relationship. She has a Master of Counselling degree and postgraduate training in Emotionally focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Therapy and Solution focused Therapy (SFBT). Morgan is passionate about the science of therapy and how to best apply it to help her clients thrive.
