Monica is a Registered Massage Therapist with a background in Early Childhood and a passion for supporting individuals through meaningful, client-centered care. Her experience in early childhood education shaped her appreciation for building trust, understanding individual needs, and supporting personal growth - values she continues to bring into her practice. Outside of her clinical work, Monica enjoys staying active through strength training, spin, Pilates, badminton, and exploring different forms of movement. Her own experiences with fitness and recovery have deepened her appreciation for consistency, patience, and developing a better understanding of the body. Monica finds fulfillment in witnessing personal growth and being part of an individual’s active recovery journey. She believes massage therapy is not only about addressing physical concerns, but also about empowering clients through education, movement, and a stronger connection with their bodies.
