About Mitchell
Mitchell is a dedicated Registered Physiotherapist with a special interest in sports, musculoskeletal, and neurological rehabilitation. He earned his Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics at the University of Guelph before completing his Master of Physiotherapy at Western University. Mitchell’s approach focuses on functional movement—helping clients build the strength, mobility, and confidence needed to get back to doing what matters most to them. Outside of the clinic, Mitchell brings a strong background in athletic training and a passion for helping people move with confidence.
