About Miranda

Miranda strives to create a healing environment for her patients by blending therapeutic massage with a relaxation-focused approach. This means that while using a variety of techniques to improve how your body feels, her treatments are intentional in creating a space for your nervous system to settle down, which can allow your body to function with more ease as well. In our busy world today, Miranda feels it is more important than ever for our bodies to experience a soothed nervous system, and hopes that her treatments provide the time for your brain and body to rest while working on improving your aches and pains. She enjoys helping patients who experience headaches/migraines, jaw discomfort, anxiety/depression/PTSD and women's health-related experiences such as pregnancy, postpartum and menstrual cycle discomfort-- but all are welcome in her treatment room. Miranda comes from a background as a physiotherapy and occupational therapy assistant, which led her to become a massage therapist in 2022. She has additional training with intra-oral treatment of the jaw as well as craniosacral level 1, and hopes to further her education in craniosacral therapy and manual lymphatic drainage therapy over the next year. Aside from her work as an RMT, Miranda enjoys cooking up her own creations in the kitchen, spending lots of time with her husband and family, and finding treasures at the beach!
