About Mike

Mike is a lifelong outdoor enthusiast, who values emotional and physical health above all else. After years of living an active and fast paced outdoor lifestyle, Mike’s injuries piled up and inspired curiosity and passion towards learning about the human body and how to maximize our physical capabilities. This led Mike to become an RMT and has been completely transformative in all aspects of his life. In his massage practice, Mike employs a variety of massage techniques to help meet his clients needs. These techniques include, but are not limited to General Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, deep tissue, stretching, joint mobilization, pin and stretch and active, passive range of motion. Mike appreciates sharing his passion towards changing habits and mindset towards pain, and maximizing our abilities through self care. Mike has practiced as an RMT since 2023 after graduating from WCCMT in Victoria. He has recently returned to Victoria after nearly 3 years of practicing and adventuring in the action packed community of Whistler. When he is not running off to the wilds and spending time snowboarding, mountain biking, kayaking, hiking or mountaineering, he will be here to happily work with you on your therapeutic goals.
