Michelle is a skilled and compassionate registered massage therapist in good standing with the CMTO, who graduated at the top of her class from TRIOS college. Her unique approach incorporates various specialized techniques and modalities. Michelle Stephenson, RMT, holds advanced certification in RAPID NeuroFascial Reset Therapy®, offering a highly-effective, neurological approach to the treatment of chronic pain, tension, and restricted movement. She also provides traditional Swedish massage enhanced by a range of advanced therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to: cupping, hot stone therapy, lymphatic massage, kinesiology taping, and myofascial and trigger point techniques. Treatments can be further tailored with focused care for TMJ dysfunction, facial contouring massage, and pre- and postnatal support, creating a highly individualized, results-driven experience. Outside of the clinic, Michelle is a homebody who enjoys culinary arts, spending time with her family, and taking long walks with her dog, Sally.
