About Michele
Michelle received her training at ICT Northumberland College and graduated in 2010. She continued to show her commitment toward standards by completing the provincial board exams through MTANS (Massage Therapists’ Association of Nova Scotia).
Michelle combines the most enjoyable and effective elements of Swedish, deep tissue, plastic and fire cupping and sukidoo to tailor every treatment to each individual’s needs. She is also certified in RAPID neurofascial Reset for the lower limb. With her intuitive uses of gentle stretches, acupressure points and firm therapeutic pressure, her massage is deeply restorative, nurturing and refreshing.
Michelle is also passionate about pre and post natal massage incorporating a prone massage pillow. She enjoys sharing this special and sacred time in a woman’s life while easing the pain and discomfort that is often associated with the rapidly changing body. As a mother of two children, she understands what you are feeling, both physically and emotionally, and loves nothing more than sharing her joy, excitement and healing touch with expecting and post-partum mothers.
During her free time, Michelle is an avid distance runner and enjoys time with her family and two dogs.
