Michael Mekhail is passionate about helping people better understand their bodies and move with less pain. His approach is client-centred and adaptable, drawing from a wide range of techniques to meet each person where they are. Michael has extensive experience treating pre- and postnatal clients, individuals across the activity spectrum, and hypermobile populations. Outside the clinic, Michael is a father of two, a martial artist, weightlifter, and student of movement. He completed medical acupuncture training through McMaster University and is currently studying Osteopathy, integrating these perspectives to help clients move better and feel more at ease in their bodies.
