About Michael

My main focus is to offer support to those facing significant life challenges. These situations can be mentally and emotionally overwhelming, but I believe that with good support, people can not only overcome these obstacles but also emerge stronger. Life’s toughest moments often hold the potential for meaningful change and resilience-building. If you’re working through something difficult, remember that you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll work to alleviate difficult emotions, gain new insights, develop effective coping strategies, and reclaim a sense of control, all while identifying clear next steps to help you move forward. I draw from a blend of knowledge and evidence-based practices that are clinically proven to be effective. I believe great progress happens when there’s a strong connection between therapist and client. If you feel that my experience and approach might be a good fit for your needs, please don’t hesitate to schedule a free consultation.
